Derrick and I ran the ConocoPhillips Family 5 k. I am very proud that Derrick ran since he has never ran before or even trained. He got first place for his age group for men and I got 2nd for my age group. We tied, even though he says he beat me by 1 sec. We ran around 26 min. Maybe I can get him to do this again.

Congrats to both of you on your run. I would really like to get into running races instead of just running on the treadmill. Ben does them al the time but so far I have not been brave enough to join him.
