Christmas Preview

We went and took Christmas pics last weekend and here is one my photographer sent me. Too Cute!

Christmas

I took a few pics of Sofia in one of her many Christmas dresses. In the first picture you a barely see her bottom 2 teeth coming in.

Halloween

This year Sofia was a cat and Isa actually had 2 costumes, but choose to be a princess as most of her halloween activities. Didnt get a chance to take any pics of Isa. First she didnt want any, then on halloween as soon as we got finished trick or treating she immediatly took her dress off. I figure I can get her in it again sometime soon to take a few pics.

Holly took a few pics of Sofia while we were at Joshs Birthday Party. She takes such great pictures!

Sofia's Dedication

Sofia got dedicated last Sunday. Shes a good baby and let the paster hold her with no problem, except that she tried to eat the rose he gave me. She's pretty strong, she tore off all the leaves.

My Girls

5K Run

Rosa, Greg, J'llysa and I ran a 5k this weekend. We all did very well. This run went well except I had to stop twice to tye my shoes. I will make sure this will not happen again. This time my time was 23 min 48 sec, 1st in my age group, 5th over all women, and 16 overall (men & women). I thought a did well especially since I have only been able to run for a little over 2 months since having Sofia.

My next run will probably be the 8k at Woolarock. I dont think I will go for speed since I heard it is hills all the way. It will be a good challange and hopefully Derrick will be able to run with me.

Here is the link to the paper with times. I actually got my picture in the paper and the pic was awlful. I am not a fan of the action/running shots.

Family photo shoot

I gave my sister a gift certificate for her birthday last year for photo shoot. Here is how they turned out. I always love Misty's work.

Daddys Girl

Derrick made a step stool for Isa so she can reach the sink in the bathroom. She was very excited about painting it .

Early Halloween

We went ahead and bought Isa her Halloween costume. Here she is trying it on. Walmart already has there costumes out. What a cute butterfly fairy.

Birthday

My sister had a big party for her 30th birthday. Her cake was very yummy and beautiful.

Isa just loves her sister Sofia and Sofia loves Isa.



Isa is a Daddys girl...well at least sometimes :).

Sweet Marisa

My sister and her family finally went and had family pictures taken last night from my photographer Misty. Misty posted a pic and told what Marisa (my niece) said during the shoot. I thought it was so sweet, I have to share it.
"Ok I had to share this because it is soo cute, on my shoot tonite I wanted a picture of the brother and sister looking at each other, so I said to the brother (3) whats on your sisters nose, and I said to the sister (5) what is on your brothers nose, so they look at each other and the girl looks back at me and says nothing is on our nose, that is just how God made them! Soooo sweet!" - Misty

Sofia 2 1/2 months

Sofia is growing so fast. At her 2 month appointment she was 9lb 14 oz and was 22 1/4inches long.
